Inspector Zhang Mysteries The Boxed Set edition by Stephen Leather Literature Fiction eBooks
Inspector Zhang is a most unusual Singapore police inspector who really does make excellent us of inductive logic to solve most of his may very differently plotted cases. I first read a single copy of one of Zhangs mysteries and loved it so much that I spent years looking for more, without much luck.I was therefor delighted that Amazon Kindle have included this boxed set for a most reasonable price.
I am sure they will attract many more avid readers to Inspector Zhang's style and method of dealing his quite different types of crimes, such a the 'locked door' style much beloved of Sherlock Holmes, and all done with minimal forensic assistance.

Inspector Zhang Mysteries The Boxed Set edition by Stephen Leather Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
I am a big fan of books like these were the dectective uses his brain instead of brawn to solve the mystery!
I love all of the short stories! They were true sort stories that kept you guessing til the end! I would definitely recommend to those of you that dislike long novels!,,,
These were excellent stories, well written and logically structured. A nice offering to those of us that like to solve the mystery as we read. Good job!
Pretty good mysteries, but very elementary dialogue and full of typos. I was not able to guess any of the endings.
Inspector Zhang, an avid reader of Agatha Christie and Conan Doyle, is with the Singapore police, where there's hardly any crime. Poor Zhang! But, to his relief, he gets the chance to solve Locked Room Mysteries and other baffling cases, by using his little grey cells
I hope Mr. Leather writes more of these... I grew up loving Sherlock Holmes mysteries... and these are in that gender. They are admittedly not too long in length, but those are the kinds of who dunnit's that I like.... I hate to have to read a book all the way to the end before finding out who the culprit was.... These are perfect for my style of reading.
Again... Steve.... write more !! I am a fan of Inspector Zhang !!
I love Inspector Zhang. I have been a fan of Agatha Christi and the author's Inspector character reminds me of the character he makes reference to from her books. I finished this boxed set in short order and have some other books already purchased although it will be hard to beat Inspector Zhang. I look forward to more books with him as the main character. Thanks for some great mystery reading.
